Yes, we really do it all ourselves.  Feeling ambitious?  Try making this pair of Pumpkin Earrings by Carey:

Creating pumpkin earrings:

1)  Gather supplies. 

Two (2) Swarovski fire opal crystals, either 6mm or 8mm round.

Two (2) 2"-3" long brass head pins.

Six (6) brown Japanese seed beads.

Two (2) 3" lengths of brass wire.

Two (2) Brass or Gold Ear Wires.

Optional:  Two (2) glass or sequin "leaves".

2)  Gather tools:

One pair of crimpers.

One pair of clippers, small. 

One pair of wire rounders.

One slim knitting needle.

1)  Slip a Swarovski bead onto the head pin.

2)  Slip 3 brown seed  beads onto the head pin.

3)  Use the wire curling tool to create a loop in the head pin end, above the brown seed beads.  Clip off excess wire.  Crimp the rounded head pin (the eye) closed, above the seed beads.

4)  Slide the 3" length of jewelry wire around the base of the head pin.  Slip it along the inside of the pumpin hole.  Ease the excess length out of the pumpkin, below the seed beads.

5)  Curl the 3" length of jewelry wire loosely around the knitting needle; trim the excess off. 

6)  Hang on ear wire, and one pumpkin is complete. 

7)  Not shown - after step 1, add a glass or sequin  "leaf", if desired.

Repeat steps above, until you have a "pair" of pumpkin earrings.
